I used mushrooms in this recipe. But, you can make from any forest mushrooms. You can add mushrooms to the jar as you collect them, which is very convenient. Salted mushrooms are much tastier than pickling. The marinade beats off all the taste of the mushrooms themselves.
Mushrooms mushrooms or assorted 5 liter bucket
Salt to taste
Bay leaf 5-7 pcs.
Allspice 5-8 pcs.
Garlic 4-6 cloves
Dill stems or seeds
