I had a perfect life before being prescribed Ciprofloxacin in September of 2020 . Thank you for making this video to raise awareness . I was given this poison for a sinus infection at the time and the beginning reaction was hands down what i would call hell on earth . I have come a long way since 2020 but i still deal with alot on a daily basis

Hi Team920! Thanks for commenting though I was not thrilled to hear you've gone through this. After this upload I had so many comments on other's trials with antibiotic toxicity. Very scary. On one hand they're needed but as with most drugs...the good certainly comes with the bad. I find myself asking where the break even point lies. I'm glad to hear you've bounced back and I hope you're doing well. Danielle

@@lucidmed3343 thank you for your reply. I truly feel for those affected by these class of drugs . It is definitely very scary . It was unlike any other experience I've ever had to endure . Hands down my worst and I still deal with the trauma til this day . I'm far from normal . I've recently been diagnosed with idiopathic small fiber neuropathy . What I find very sad is how people living off of the worse street drugs have a more energetic and active/mobile life than some who've taken flouroquinolone antibiotics. Very sad .

I somehow ended up with an infection in my pituitary gland in 2012. I had surgery in London Ontario Canada and spent 5 weeks in the hospital. The put me on flovoxomine and lovoxomine I think thats the spelling for 4 months. I have had small fiber neuropathy now for about 3 years. It started with my legs turning darker in colour. The doctors always speak of the pain as if it's a small inconvenience but believe me the pain is insane almost 24 hours a day. I also have real bad memory loss. They did a case study on me as infections in the pituitary are very,very rare. The one positive side to this if there ever was one is now my dreams are lucid and intense. I can actually manipulate my dreams most of these time.

Hi Mr JPM! Thanks for commenting. It’s quite scary honestly. I knew of the issues with certain ABT’s but researching for this video had me seriously concerned. The reason being we are conditioned to take antibiotics for issues that are questionable at best. With cold and flu season upon us… ugh. And you are correct.. SFN is largely treated as an inconvenience until it becomes extremely debilitating. D

@Team920_ Thank you for your kind words. Sorry, as well for your situation, and you're so rite about life being more challenging. With knowledge, hopefully less people will be affected in the future, take care .

I got mine from Levaquin. I went to LA to a clinic that treated it and got the exosomes and tons of IV's a supplements. I've been getting NAD+ drips and on low dose Naltrexone and testosterone too. It's slowly getting better but it's up and down. You still look great BTW. :)

My daughter had a skin cancer under one eye. She had two operations, the first one a woman removed the cancer, The next day a man repaired hole under her eye.Both gave her drugs to stay awake to help them. The man gave strong drugs because he would not allow her drive for 4 or 5 days. Some how the drugs inflamed a cyst on her spine that is pressing on 2 nerves. She had 6 or 7 pain shots, which destoried her health. They weakened her immune so much that she got covit. She is in pain all the time and cannot get her red blood cells up enough to get better. Her breathing is not giving her enough oxygen, The Drs. all want to operate, but she is in not shape in any way. UGH! Drs. do not know or care.

Hi Danielle. Of course any video about Neuropathy catches my attention. I watched it 2 times. Good one. I had infusion today. Question..EMG's are for large fibers, correct? What is used for small fibers? Thanks, Joyce
@lucidmed3343
9 ай бұрын
Hi Joyce! Thanks! EMG and nerve conduction studies are geared towards DX large fiber. Small fiber is diagnosed by skin biopsy. However, it typically goes something like this...patient has nerve pain/ symptoms of neuropathy...EMG/nerve conduction studies are done-if they're normal then a skin biopsy is done. Sometimes if symptoms are more sensory in nature and SFN is strongly suspected then they'll order a skin BX out of the gate. Most ins companies will still want to see a normal EMG though to make sure any large fiber processes have been ruled out. It's a zig zag path to diagnosis. For polyneuropathy--both large and small fibers will be involved so most people normally will have EMG/NCS/Skin BX/Labs etc. D

Wow 😳 really. Dudnt know. I don't like side affects of AB s... And im allergic to a few .. im one of those people who r highly sensitive to meds. Ridiculously so. I don't feel so bad now saying only zithromax . Ever. Unless different than sinus or chest infection. Only thing is i need 2 rounds now to clear it. But freaking works . Ty for this.
