We seriously need to review the qualifications for being a public servant in every African country...one of the qualifications should be that you have served selflessly a community for some time and references should come from that Community. It's not only education that is the qualifications though it should be considered. If you have not served selflessly as a leader in any capacity, forget public service...it has become a bevy of thieves and robbers, robbing the people and land for their own benefits.😢

It is my considered opinion that all African countries need to implement is ELECTORAL REFORMS to elect those voted for by the people. Election riggers all depend on the validation of the WEST for quid pro quo,to let them into the resources of Africa in return. Elections are at the base of African problems and directly under development and Neo colonialism!
