I lived and worked in New Jersey for five years. My apartment was just a few blocks from Rutt's Hut. I ate many a hot dog there. They were great 'dogs. True story: They were going to relocate a highway and were going to demolish Rutt's Hut via eminent domain to make way for the relocated road. There was outrage amongst the populace! This is the curse of capitalism. Capitalism is fantastic until everything is bought up and consolidated. When you own a business, earning a living is the goal, as soon as you're a company and have shareholders, profits don't matter, it's all about growth, you either swallow the little guy or be swallowed. Think of the game monopoly, eventually one person owns everything. This is what we are approaching today. The end game of capitalism. We missed the food times, 1950 to about 1980, it's been down hill since then.
