That can be nice sometimes to be away from crowded places, but also hard at times I’m sure.

Thank you for this fantastic video. You are very well articulated which makes it very easy to follow. Please do more neighborhood tours when you can. Me and my girlfriend will move there next year from Tampa, FL and we cannot wait. Would you say Magnolia is a nice neighborhood for late 20s or too quiet?

Thank you so much for watching! So kind! I just filmed my next neighborhood video so it will be up next Friday the 19th! & then there should be another one pretty soon there after 🙌🏻 That’s so exciting!! I don’t know a whole lot about magnolia I’ve only hung around there once or twice but from what I can tell it’s pretty quiet, mostly homes with families. Might be a nice place to settle down but not sure how exciting it would be for someone just moving here!

What are your thoughts on crime ? ive wanted to live in Seattle since I was a kid. However after having alot of my stuff stolen in Portland I'm a bit hesitant to move out to the pnw again if my stuff is just going to be stolen again without spending an arm and a leg on security
@KatieKH1

That sucks I’m sorry! I think there’s gonna be a variation of crime where ever you go, that’s just part of living in the city unfortunately but I think making sure to avoid living in the places with higher crime rates and also avoiding living on the first floor of a complex if you can, etc. things like that can help. From the years I’ve lived here I haven’t experienced any of that but cant say it’s not possible. I don’t think it should stop you from trying Seattle, cause as much as it sucks that stuff can happen anywhere so I think it’s still worth giving the city a chance since you’ve wanted to for so long!

Moving to WA next year from CA. Still debating what city to move to. What do you think of Fife, Kent and Tacoma area?
@KatieKH1

There’s so many options haha Hmm I don’t know anything about Fife, but I would say Kent over Tacoma! Any reason for those places in particular??

@@KatieKH1 sadly my boyfriend’s job is located in those area only :( and i heard traffic sucks in Seattle so I wouldn’t want him driving thru that to go to work😂
@KatieKH1

Haha that makes sense then! Traffic is always bad in Tacoma too because they’ve had highway construction going on for years and who knows if they will ever finish lol Kent would be the closest to Seattle technically but definitely still look into them all! Tacoma does have a cute downtown area.

@@KatieKH1 definitely fewer things to do but summer is the best in Alaska especially if you're an outdoor person
