There's powdered milk everywhere. I don't understand how you can't find it. It's like saying there's no milk at all. It's everywhere so you need to look a little harder or you don't know it when you see it. I see you have a can of powdered milk and that's not the norm, actually. Usually it comes in bags of powdered milk. That being said, welcome to Canada and I hope you enjoy your time here and choose to stay. Love from another Canadian!

Powdered milk is available here in Nova Scotia at most grocery stores but I never buy it because it's too expensive for what it is...Of course groceries in general are expensive here.

Canada does have powdered milk, in Walmart, and other grocery stores. Amazon also carries it. You can also get milk in cartons too. Also people in restaurants where your order is taken at tables, do not take out their trash after the meal. Lol that's only cafeteria style or fast food joints. Winter is not 5 to 6 months in southern Ontario. But we do like to emerge from our homes in the spring and hang outdoors.😀 The government taxes alcohol heavily and cigarettes.

wow. you know so much, despite only living in Canada for a month. But you talk about Canada like it's a city. It's a big country. Alberta doesn't have LCBOs or the beer stores, so alcohol is more easily accessible. And you can get powdered milk from the stores in the GTA, they're just bland and not as good tasting as peak milk.
