I just have one question, because I have taken heavy antibiotics as per prescription, but almost 2 courses per year. As my health is quite weak, I get infected easily. I am exercising daily and eat junk food once a month. I was experimenting with intermittent fasting 16:8 cycle and under guidance of nutritionist. And I observed massive changes in my health over 4 months later. Now I am relieved of my low immunity and no need to be hospitalised. I have the doubt that, does intermittent fasting reduce the anti microbial resistance acquired over the years. As I think I am at risk of having it. Because most doctors in Indian doctors never prescribe probiotics after the recovery. So tissue does repair, but gut bacteria is still not repairing easily. I asked my nutritionist and she had no answer. Nor do my doctor.

Oiling depends on person to person. Along with the environment you're in. If you live in VERY humid and warm environment, chances are that it'll cause sweating in scalp and cause infections and if you live in a very dry and cold place, dandruff chances will increase because oil is sticky and it attracts dirt. Yes it is good but not good for everyone. My mom always oiled my hair and I started getting severe dandruff and fungal infections on my scalp and it bleeded too so it was painful as well. I didn't even leave the oil for long not even half day but still I had problems and didn't think oil was causing it because I'm Indian and have seen it eversince birth. I switched oil types and all but nothing worked so I went to a dermatologist and he's very famous one so he told me that because I have extremely oily scalp, I shouldn't put oil on my head and that worked wonders on my hair and its crazy. I wash my hair only once a week and ot get oily by the end of the week naturally so no, oil doesn't suit everyone but then it's not bad too

It actually depends on your skip type. Korean people have a very different skin type compared to Indians and some times some ingredients in the product have a reaction on skin. Hey let me clear things out. Most of the ingredients recommended by skincare influencers are not drugs and neither do they possess the capability to make bacteria resistant. Antibiotics on the other hand have a different mechanism of action and hence microbes are able to develop resistance. Clindamycin won't help u in the long run but tretinoin would when it comes to acne. There is a lot of nuance when it comes to science, so kindly get your facts checked🥰
@sanskritibarman4928

@@tabinatariq9131 no percentage of tretinoin is pregnancy safe tho that's what I meant. And no, percentage doesn't always reveal the strength. It also depends on the derivative of Vitamin A. I happened to mention science is much more nuanced so you're just helping me back up my point by saying percentage also matters for the particular derivative ( which I'm aware of). So uk try not to sound smart here. No percentage of tretinoin is going to make bacteria resistant to it, is what I'm trying to say in case it didn't get into your thick head.

so glad someone is talking about it with facts and explaination. I have faced all this. I got acne around 6 years ago and looking at these skin products I begin spending thousands on these just to cure my acne. it would solve it for a while and then again I would get acne all over. it was depressing. everyone used to point it out to me (u have such beautiful features but not skin) it made me more and more self concious. I began to consult dermatologists and even tried facials ( hydra) and nothing worked spending thousand and thousands. last year my derma put me on accutane which showed to be very effectful for a year but recently I got acne again three month ago. this time I decided to find the reason I went to gynae and i was diagnosed with endometriosis. all this time I was treating symptoms and not disease. stop fooling around these skin products and dermatologists. take care of ur health and if u still have acne or such problems. go to a relevant doctor(not just any doctor). all these products are not worth buying

I so agree with this.During lockdown I was suffering from severe acne and I started using all sorts of remedies out there on Yt and my skin become worse and when the lockdown was over I went to the doctor and got diagnosed with PCOD. So yeah don't follow everything given on social media for yourself go see a specialist.

Trust me skincare term is overrated. I've spent or rather wasted so much money trying to find that perfect skincare routine but still I couldn't find the one . Constantly experimenting the products on skin , made my skin sensitive. Niacinamide, AHA, BHA , Salicylic acid , Glycolic acid do not suit me . They made my skin purged and broke out .

I feel you! But honestly, that's on you.. (or shall I say on us as audience) and no I don't mean it in any kind of demeaning way..Been there, done that! Do I regret it buying the products blindly? 100% Go to a dermatologist and frankly just ask them! I did the same.. I now know that half of the things that I bought were of no use to me.. People rave so much about Niacinamide and I literally broke out due to it.. I hope you get your healthy skin back and never have to go again through the purging and unnecessary breakouts ❤️🤗

Oiling is good for hair health. But keep in mind, you should not tie your hair or comb them instantly. This will for sure result in hairloss

I have acne and it's been 10 years now. When I turned 16 from then i have been using niacinamide, adapalene, clindamycine, benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin, azelaic, and many other creams i am even taking oral medicine (isotretinoin) and these are all prescribed by my dermat. And trust me when I say NOTHING FREAKING WORKED. And now I am like 'why me...🥺' So, Moral of the story:- You should still go to the doctor before taking any medicine or using any sort of creams. It didn't work for some people doesn't mean it won't work for you too. So please consult with your doctor before doing anything. [PS. - but don't take steroid injections. i have heard that when nothing seems to work out in that case doctors also give steroids so beware of that]

even i had this question how oiling is bad for hair? also, this lady claims she knows the customers concerns without asking them they why she is in a salon business she should become a saint or something.. weird and unhygenic and that facial is not miracle its a peeling treatment which is done all across the world nothing new at her salon.

I lost my luscious hair due to covid. Had to do multiple things to grow them back plus coconut oil doesn't suit me. But then I started to apply almond oil weekly and it did wonders. My frizzy hair are smooth for the first time. Our parents wouldn't want to knowingly harm us. They put oil and had great hair that's why they know. Even after passing his fifties my dad has the best hair and he still applies oil. It might not suit you but works for majority.

I am also salon owner and what u showed in video thats perfectly correct coz everyone has different skin and hair everything required is personalized for everyone. Many of our industry people use false/fake promises/statements even if anyone is saying true or giving right suggestions, still other person will deny that for their personal profit.

I've been to zoe nails multiple times in past for nail extension services and this woman along with her sister in law or something who works in the same space tried to convince me so many times for getting various treatments done, your hair needs this, your skin needs this lol. Just weird tactics to run business.

Not everyone can afford to go to a dermatologist, instead you can research about you skin issues and there are plenty of videos and documents available on internet which can help you identify those issues, then you can try products which are genuinely good after patch testing and see if they work for u.

Dherr sara chemical treatment suggest karegi and last mein bolegi drink lot of water🥴😑

I saw one of her reels in which she was saying to her client "apke baal Curley hai and Curley hair are not in fashion ap treatment kralo" that statement really pissed me off ab if someone has Curley hair toh fashion se kya matlab yrr usko uski texture ke hisab se treat kro agr koi problem hai toh...
