Try this easy to make warm energy drink. It's done within a few minutes. What an aroma and taste!
Ingredients:
For 1 drink
1 tbsp of roasted peanuts
1 tsp of roasted black sesame
1 big date
250 ml oatmilk or any other plant-based milk
*** I usually buy unsweetened oat milk. Some milk are aleady sweet so you don't have to add date. Other than adding date, you can also adjust the sweetness by adding jaggery when warming the drink up.
Method:
Put everything in a blender and mix well until smooth.
Serve it cold or warm it up and enjoy warm.

This video has become very personal, because it reminded me of my childhood, as I was very much like that little girl in the commercial. My mother used to sell soya milk on the market, very often I had to get up early to go with her to help out. I can still recall the smell and taste of all sorts of street food on the market.;)
This childhood experience surely also makes it bit easier for me to get up early and do yoga as a adult.;)
