- 17g (1Tbsp) Sugar-free yogurt
- 17g (1Tbsp) Honey mustard
- 2g (1tsp) Lemon juice
- 1 pinch of black pepper

- 2~3, 10 inch flour tortillas
- Romaine lettuce
- Tomato
- Cabbage
- Bell pepper
- Sweet pumpkin
- Mozzarella cheese (or cheddar cheese)
