Lemon spaghetti with green asparagus and feta: in this video I show you a really delicious and refreshing pasta dish for you! My spaghetti with crunchy green asparagus and creamy feta. A combination that tastes like summer and holiday feeling! Here the aromatic notes of lemon and olive oil meet the crisp freshness of the asparagus. The taste experience is rounded off by the feta, which gives the dish a delicious creamy note. This dish is a real poem both as a main course and as a side dish! Preparation is done in a flash: Ingredients for asparagus pasta pan: 300 g pasta (I used wholemeal spaghetti) 1 bunch of green asparagus (500 g) 1 organic lemon, zest 200 g feta 2-3 tbsp olive oil 2-3 tbsp lemon juice Pepper to taste 1-2 tbsp olive oil Fry for approx. 2-3 minutes. Fry for another approx. 3 minutes Carefully add salt.
1 teaspoon sugar (I used brown cane sugar)
Let it caramelize for 1-2 minutes.

2. Clean the asparagus, cut into pieces and fry briefly. Add pepper and a little sugar for the caramel note.
