Preparation of …
1- Let's put the pan on the stove, add half a glass of milk, granulated sugar, margarine and stir until it melts, then mix the flour and half the remaining sugar, add our milk and stir, add rose water and when it reaches the consistency, remove it from the stove.
2- Let's mix water, yeast, sugar and flour in a small bowl and wait for it to ferment.
3- Let's take our kneading bowl, add eggs, sugar, oil, salt, our fermented mixture and vanilla and mix.
4-Then add the flour from time to time and knead it. It should be a slightly sticky dough. After kneading the dough, let it rest for 5 minutes.
After 5-5 minutes, let's roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin, cut it first in a square shape, then in a rectangular shape, squeeze cream inside and press it tightly on both sides, cut it as you see in the video, put it on a baking tray, cover it and leave it for 30 minutes. After resting, apply half of it with egg yolk and pour sesame seeds for decoration, let's powder the other half after cooking. Let's sprinkle sugar and send it to the oven.
6- Let's put it in the oven at 180° for 20 - 25 minutes, as previously mentioned.
