Yeah it's not right and I'm glad to hear that he will leave if AD apocalypse happens. Twitch has a very short time to fix, mend, and completely re work there site, pay for creators, TOS guidelines, AD time Etc... While losing more name brand streamers to KZitem and the amount of drama going on. Yeah sure the drama is probably profitable now in the current moment but in a few days or weeks, people don't want to see/listen to drama especially when that consumes the site and most big streamers are either engulfed and that's all there stream is about or there a streamer with significantly less numbers than those who don't or are not drama Andys either refuse to talk about and are made to feel if they don't subs/donos, veiwers will leave, and hurt and you have some actually POGGERS streamers keep to myself atm they refuse to talk about it because it brings nothing but people who hate streaming/streamers wanna see everyone fail just people who pick their fav to protect the ungodly Tall and totally unnecessary barrier they've created with said streamer they now believe that para social relationships are not real or they "know streamer is not a friend" but believe they have to protect them and whatever comes out of there mouth is not working it's actually truth all based in objectively objective facts. Then you have the streamers that completely understand how the dynamic is suppose to work between non IRL friend/ viewer and doesn't spend every waking minute awake focusing on what to do to absue the para social relationships that's already there in order to do nothing else but profit, what sucks is that I believe any hardcore veiwers or an avid twitch user or any fan of anyone has had to deal with this ideal the reason this wasn't as worrisome or really studies haven't been thrown in to psychological studies or put in the DSM as an actual mental disorder or state is that back in the early 00s, 90s, 80s etc is that we understood that yeah I really like all of the things our fav celeb or childhood actor or athlete whatever is that we never got the chance to be this much apart of there lives, I'm sure only a handful of people knew some of the answers to the questions we have at the tip of our fingers, the media, social platforms where they have 6 separate accounts they've highlighted for us to be able to follow everything in there lives and how they live them in real time, so then we no longer need the IRL interaction to feel like we know someone well enough over just the Internet to be able to call them a friend or whatever.... it's Mind blowing tho how most people tho refuse to break that sad and solicited delusions have become to where almost all of the human race would rather have a phone with a bunch of fake people that out hanging with a person that could give affection physically as well as emotionally. Starting to think human connection atleast on physically IRL basis might be obsolete to fulfill us and make it more a hindering than gift... Wow the shit we all will miss with how we evolve as a species and what right now is slowly shaping everything. How long do Homosapiens last until our evolution suppression makes it disgusting between the new Homosapiens 2.0/v2 reworked and overhauled. Lol what will we look like? Will we make it out of our planet intime before disaster strikes wether it's sun eventually going red giant and consuming us or do we as by product of this crazy universe actually mean anything like is doing something actually doing anything. We're we meant to think these thoughts or was it all an accidentally occurred and I just get to throw out a tiny amount of electricity and impulse charges for 70to 80 years and then to find out the only reason this life meant anything was to give meaning to something unfathomably greater in the future you may never know get to experience or if it doesn't have a set purpose do we just inhertly give things meaning that don't need it or is it to find a sense of reason/purpose to try and convince ourselves these crazy amount of tiny electric charges going back and forth in my brain have something or is this thing we call life meant to be relieved or replaced or expirenced but not necessarily anything that will ever amount to being of use that we all currently will ever be given the chance to see if you can keep the life you had or life you live now would you take it with the possibility of the life you had not even existing..... Holy my mind is on what I to believe the highest level of consciousness any human can achieve while on this substance considering the underlying causes and effects. Is there something else that lets you go further without the chance of death being higher? Or does death equally multiply with the chance of higher consciousness being unlocked or opening is there a point where you know that what you expected to be real shows you and it's what reality is actually like and you fully understand how and why you are here how the universe works where it came from what happens next??? Is that the final question for questions? Lol is not being able to know exactly what happens next is because there is still more either my self have to go through or experience until I'm sent to the next state where I'll know that I've been able to proceed or not did I have success with the time given for the information that I needed was gathered or learning in some system that rewards omnipotent beings above or is that where the ending point is where we're able to be all powerful and all knowing or do we along our own reality get to only become omniscient beings where we get to pick or are given or obtain the greatest physical power to do absolutely unknown things to help myself or does knowing all better give better value or are they both equally great but are not and will never be as the experience to understand what omnipotent can actually achieve without my human restrictions via contradictory and a place where there's infinite places to be but I'm only able to be in one/experience. Or does this make me feel I value human sentiments and the values, morals, objective Wrongs and Rights do they all change or our own reality that the fact that it's a fact remain a fact if you are there or not do objective Truths becomeb a subjective opinion that holds no further meaning than it's something that someone forms there bases and starts the cycle of never ending thoughts. Truths are Facts made and controlled by your conscience while experiencing your reality during an undeterminedable ,undetectable undeterminisitc, immeasurable, unbounded, unfathomably large or small piece of time that will be greatest or most meaningless part of life is to know that the unknown things are supposed to be unknowns and we will never be calculate or remember or recall or receive the knowledge maybe there's always meant to be something for us to think about because if we knew that everything was pointless or that the unknown was meant pointless we waste whatever this is we received or if the unknown was never actually unknown would we feel fulfilled or guilt we spent some much time try to understand something that was never meant or already known in plain sight. Maybe that's why life even if wasted and not always striving to be someone and not worry about the things I should have taught me that if I had focused on the human perspective I would have lost myself because I was always suppose to be this person floating on this rock we call earth through space and time trying to figure out why and how. And either way I took regardless of decision made past present or future. It's all wrong if I never got to sit in complete awe of how this all came to happen right now at this very moment....

Hey, I'm really sorry to break it to you like this, but... Jerma isn't real. He's an AI that's been fed information from many different KZitemrs, using a model based on a person named Jeremy. His AI "improves", based on what parts get the most popularity. Making odd faces and being in denial that it happened, is popular. Refusing to believe in this then acting surprised when he Google's it, is popular. Threatening people in inhumane ways, is popular. Losing a game that was super easy, then pretending it was super hard, is popular.

We have a confirmed crime from Sliker which got completely taken out of the spotlight due to a potential civil (likely not criminal) case of inappropriate touching (but still potentially a misunderstanding of someone literally taking a pulse but doing it in a way that made someone uncomfortable when they heard about it from friends after). It’s being considered assault because of additional new info that CrazySlick is someone who sends creepy, harassing messages, and that should be taken into consideration. Interestingly, their creepy messages are on the same level as those to some girls from Train, the person who brought CrazySlick to light, but only to discredit Miz in order to completely divert the conversation away from the ban on his main revenue stream. Hellova successful diversion, and at the expense of essentially forcing a woman to come forth, which wasn’t their place. This whole situation is gross, but weirdly Train has made this about the person least in the wrong out of Sliker, CrazySlick, and crypto gambling streamers

In terms of ads, the worst I've ever dealt with on youtube (I haven't had a PC or laptop for damn near a decade, I only watch on android) is a single 15sec unskippable ad (no "report ad" option to bypass the ad in this case) at a time. EVERY other time I get ads I'm either able to skip after five seconds or can bypass with "report ad". Sometimes the ads are ENTIRE PODCASTS up to two freakin hours or longer, but still always skippable right away. I saw Jerma at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

Where you don't know if the majority of your audience is going to follow you, whether you'll make as much, whether sponsorships will still want to do business with you given the inevitable dip in viewership that comes with changing platforms. I've long quit twitch, ever since preroll ads started. My adblock doesn't work on it and when the ad starts I reflexively close the tab

The fact that Charlie wants to cover most of the drama over 8 days (and stressed wants to talk about the entire internet) and over 2/3 of the video talks about the Twitch drama tells you how in trouble Twitch's platform is at the moment.

The adds and inability to skip is what pushes me away every time I go to watch anybody on twitch, unless I just have the patience at the time but considering the amount of time I work my time is valuable down to the minutes.

Wow, jerma's pretty much the only reason I went on Twitch in the first place and now he's considering a move, crazy.

A few weeks ago I was driving my wife and kids to dinner, being my usual self, when my oldest daughter said she was so embarrassed. My wife replied something unintentionally deep: As we got older we stopped being embarrassed for ourselves, and started being embarrassed on other people’s behalf. That was spot on. I feel more embarrassment second-hand than I do for myself. Levine and Drake make me cringe. It must be that famous people are so used to being treated like royalty, they lose perspective. They violate every marketer’s maxim - don’t buy into your own press releases. Even as dumb, horny teenager I still knew better than use those pickup lines. My God, that’s embarrassing.
