1. eyes on the ball 2. slight side bent, arm slight infront out stretched 3. full palm contact 4. high contact 5. not under, directly behind and slightly on top of ball

I find that I contact the ball with my wrist or forearm somewhat frequently, so I'll definitely be using this

Man, the gym I coach in is all covered in bleachers, and the available walls are all plywood. Not ideal for hitting drills.

This is the best .. wow ive been struggling with hitting recently even tho im gettin older its starting to get tough w timing and hitting the ball and im 5-8 ha ..but this has helped me big time
