Huge thanks indeed for allowing me to narrate both intro's for Chillingham Castle Twas a real honour gents, youve made this old northern bloke very happy. 👍🏻 Now...onto the video. Just fookin amazing It was an editing masterpiece and I can see what a headache it was for you to put together but you need to be exceptionally proud of yourself for doing it. I rather watch your stuff like this than any other main stream TV crap anyday. Massively gutted for you both about the footsteps and clock bell 😢 but huge respect for the instant debunk....thats why we watch you though... honesty and integrity.

I'm new watching this channel and I really love how you let the guide tell us the history and the ghostly sightings without you guys interrupting them. Nothing grinds my gears more than paranormal investigators talking over or interrupting the guide. As us viewers aren't just here for the investigation, we are also here for the history.

Wow ! Excellent ! I visited Chillingham about 18 years ago . I was in the dungeon room on my own , I was chuckling at a ‘Do not sit on here ‘ sign on the spiked torture chair when there was a deep scary groan right in my ear …… just like someone taking their last breath……I was out of there quick sticks 😮😮😮😮

As an American, I absolutely love being able to learn the incredible history of these old buildings. We have nothing near as old, obviously. Even just to be able to touch one of those walls, I’d be enthralled! I loved hearing the guide’s accounts and tour. What I appreciated most is probably that you are honest about your findings, not afraid to debunk things! I never really watch stuff like this, but I enjoyed this so much, I’ll subscribe. Thank you so much for sharing your footage of such incredible places I’ll never be able to visit, and thank you for being real, having integrity! Much appreciated 💗

One additional comment from an old time ghost hunter, the twelve footsteps you heard and assumed were associated with the clock were not. At least I don’t believe so. I had, at one time, a fond interest in big wall clocks and you would have heard the noise like a clicking noise and/or the sound of the chime spinning up. I think you caught a dead palace guard making the rounds because those were heavy footsteps.

That is an absolutely awesome location. But like all those said to be really haunted locations gives investigators high expectations only to be let down. As for the "footsteps" my first thought was residual but when it happened the second time, I feel you are correct about what's really going on Steve. This is why I respect both you and Jason, you let people know that everything is not paranormal. Speaking of Jason, he needs to get in to see a doctor about that issue he spoke about. Chillingham Castle is my speciality, I've stayed there many times doing research and soaking up the atmosphere. I've researched the history over 20 years and most of it in BS. The actual DOCUMENTED history is very hard to come in historic archives. I would like to congratulate you guys for NOT falling into the usual CRAP that is spouted by other so called ghost hunters. Be careful of what the guides tell you, half of that is a script and I was pleased to hear the guide say everything in the torture chamber is a replicate. This was the BEST and most authentic stay over I've EVER seen. Great debunk on the clock. Thanks for keeping it real.

I had the privilege to stay at this castle twice. Let me just say things to go bump in the night. He stayed in the grey room. Got some very interesting knocking , heard footsteps, used an EMF meter, and it did lineup with questions asked. Sitting by the fireplace, a blue light appeared behind me. What an amazing room to stay in. My second visit I was in the lookout room which is located above the great room . Did get a couple things there. the biggest thing was my equilibrium is off, going all the way up the stairs into the apartment and on the landing. We did get some responses, also smelled something sweet from time to time. There were a few things we could not say for sure, due to people that were down below in the apartment and we’re making noise. I will also add this. The grounds around are Chillingham castle haunted too. Got some responses in the woods. And also, there is a building down below if you head toward the cemetery it’s right to your right. Took photos of the building afterwards we saw faces in the building. They weren’t there when we took the pictures. It’s an amazing place to check out. If you get the opportunity to go there, please do.

Instant response! And neither of you thank the spirit for providing proof of their existence, on 'command'! 🙃🙃 WOW--Ste's psychic antenna is fully functional: 49:17 Sounds like the voice of a child--a little boy? Slow to 0.5 playback speed and increase the volume: 'Please...can you please help me [two words, unclear]...please...'. Great video guys. Beautifully edited. Such a shame that the footsteps were actually the clock chime winding up but your honesty and on the fly debunks are what separate you from the fake paranormal channels out there. Would love to visit Chillingham castle some time. Looks full of history.

The footsteps always happened just before the clock chiming
