I also recommend the cradle bushings, subframe supports, and the alignment dowles ( 2 dowles need to be shorter than the others if u have the subframe supports) this is a better and cheaper version of the Steeda Stop The Hop kit

After adjusting the tune to allow higher boost up top, Buster isn't very happy about it. I noticed a bunch of lugging up top now which tells me 28 psi through stock down pipe is too much! I'm gonna lower it down to 26 psi and keep the timing spicy and Buster should be happy. Isn't tuning fun? 😂

With a forge or gfb blowoff valve with 40 psi it’ll sound like a rocket ship letting off boost into atmosphere

There's the proof... Good motor, Put together right! You, with a built motor, correct head gasket and ARP hardware, can probably get away with a 1.5 ratio while running hard at 28 lbs of boost, but of course, less is better! If 40 lbs of drive pressure equals 28 lbs of boost, then you should be able to build approximately 26 lbs of boost at, or around 37 lbs of drive pressure. Which is still a lot, but it won't hurt to be a little conservative, while your collecting data and fine tuning "Buster the Beast" It will be interesting to see the results, after Turbocharger; Port and Polishing!?

So I'm thinking about upgrading the turbine wheel to a 60 mm wheel to make it a 6063. That plus the porting should make the turbo easily support over 600 whp for way cheaper than buying a new turbo. I don't think porting alone will be beneficial enough.

Loving the data that's a huge restriction. I wonder if you can get a spacer to add more exhaust volume before it hits the impeller. I'm curious to know if that effects the back pressure or if it's the size of the impeller that could be the restriction. Keep up the videos I'm looking forward to your next one.

In theory, a spacer would help. The real question is how thick it would have to be to actually make a measurable difference. But yeah, most of the restriction is with the turbine wheel size.
