I'm dealing with panic attact right now, and your videos are helping me to go through it, when I'm doing sports. I already can do some of your short workouts wrom the beginning to the end, without panic attacs. Thank you. You are beautiful, inside and out.

I’m sorry you’re going through that right now. I hope you are able to find the right solution for you. Freedom from panic attacks is possible. For me, it was about recognizing my “pre-phase” so I could take a time out and do things which help me. It took time to learn those techniques, too. An easy one to start with is grounding in the 5 senses. Working with a counselor can help tailor the technique for you personally. I’m wishing you warm, gentle support. 🫂💜

I love your hairband. I have absolutely terrible hair, but a hairband really helps, unforunately I find they often cause me pain behind the ears which then leads to headaches.

What I like about this video. You've lost your interim unhappy look, back to smiling about your inner happiness. You're doing what you really love doing, you are teaching. And you have a natural talent for it. As for the 90 yo at the barre. Ludmila, one of your teachers, retiring at 82. I hope this is indicative of you. This is how I see your video. 💖

You made a very good video Maria. Thank you. You should cherish your parents every day if you still have them around. I do agree. I lost my mother 8 years ago to brain cancer and she was my best friend besides God. Never take your parents forgranted neither because once they have passed, they are gone forever. Always tell them you love them too. That is my best advice.

I have learned over time and by the grace of my guru that pain has no subjective reality. You cannot sweep it up and put it in the dustbin. This means that I am no longer afraid of pain because it is not real. What is real is the resources of the body rushing to heal the area.

There's pain and then there's pain. I believe some pains are safe to tolerate, but other pains cannot be ignored or they will cause harm. A doctor or physiotherapist can tell the difference. I am over 40, and a lot heavier than I used to be. I dance 8 hours a week but also have an office job of sitting still for over 40 hours. There are few ballet classes where I have no pain at all in some part of the body. But I see a physiotherapist regularly and he tells me which injuries require rest or special treatment and which I can work through safely without causing more damage. If we're just talking muscle soreness that's the least of my problems!

Anímate y apuntate hay academias con grupos para adultos, yo empecé con 34 y ahora tengo 46 y estoy en España, donde no está tan interiorizado el ballet como puede estar en Rusia. Espero que lo hagas y disfrutes mucho con ello.

I always put thumbs up even before watching your videos; you are such an angel and inspiration for hundreds of thousands of girls. One language advice, Don't try to say "th" in "clothes"; it is pronounced the same way as the word "close", precisely the same way, with no difference...
