Chop the onion.
50 grams of butter, melted (optional).
Carrots 2 pieces.
Grate the carrots.
Bell pepper.
3-4 cloves of garlic.
Minced chicken 600 grams.
Cottage cheese 200 grams.
Egg 1 piece.
Mix well.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dried dill.
Sweet paprika.
Provencal herbs.
Spring onions.
Cilantro.
Add sautéed vegetables to the minced meat.
