I've been trying to grow my glutes over a year but nothing helps.. I use resistance bands and I workout 5 times a week 40-60 minutes each time. Of course if my muscles are sore then I'm either working on a different group of muscles or I'm taking a rest day. What can help me? Or what am I doing wrong?

I've been doing this and kobokos 5 minute warmup everyday for 2 weeks, and now I do the warmup, this workout and any other 10 minute leg workout 6 times a week and I PROMISE YOULL GET RESULTS. Joelle Vidal they got firmer but for ur flutes to really grow u need to do weights and have rest days. I train them only 3 times a week and I've seen improvement. I still use this vid as a glute warmup

YASSSSS MORE GLUT BRIDGESSS I always do 200 per day!! At first, I was doing only the 100 rep bridges a day, then, when it become more easy, I add another video of yours!! and now, I can level up!! One encouragement for all of you garls, making this challenge, please, keep focusing on your form!! Lift that hip, embrace the burn, keep those butt cheeks hard as if they're made of concrete! Squeeze aaa little bit more, I know you can do it, in only a few days, you will notice you bum is popping, remember to breathe, and always get hydrated after finishing! I'm going to do this, I'll uptade everyday Day 1: - burn is really big so.. that's good! Day 2: - I was a bit boring doing this but I won't stop of course haha Day 3: - I made some rest cuz muscles need it for grow. Btw I did some exercises before day 1 so yea... I’m disabled now so I’m at home most days and I have dropped a lot of weight and muscle tone I have a used yoga in the past with good results, but nothing specifically designed for my butt. I started out with your first one because I needed to build up my gluteus medius first and now I just did this exercise without too much difficulty. You make it a lot easier with your talking and you’re inspiring voice.

I was doing this consistently for a couple of months and it made my butt look like something I’ve never had! I stopped for a while to focus on more weight loss. Now that I’m at my goal weight, I’m back to this workout and excited to get that booty back!🏋🏻♀️

To be honest with you i wanted to work half of this exercise only because it was 13 minutes! But you kept me going and you made the exercise enjoyable by the time i remembered the video was 13 min i was already at minute 11 I'm so happy you made me go through it all!

Okay, I started this program today. Day 1 - My booty is 105 cm. I did the whole exercise and it feels great. Day 2 - I'm doing this exercise every other day. Today it got easier, but I can't see any difference. Day 3 - I didn't eat properly today so I wasn't as energetic as I should be, but I managed to do all the exercises. It's been only three days of exercises but I can already see a difference and I'm really excited about it, so on day 5 I will measure my booty again. *Sorry for the late update, but my internet was dead for the last days.* Day 4 - I don't see a lot of difference now and my pelvis is hurting a bit. Day 5 - I was really tired but I manage to do the exercises. I didn't measure my booty because I lost my measuring tape. But I'll do it on day 6. Day 6 - Ok, this is funny. I can see a difference but there's only 1 cm difference from the beginning. My booty is 106 cm but it looks bigger than before.

This workout works! I’ve been doing this workout inconsistently for about four months. My average being a few times a week. I’ve had major life changes like surgery, work, baby being sick and it still gives results. I will now try to do everyday for a month straight and see my results. But believe me, major difference.

Give this workout a try for at least a couple of weeks and stay consistent with it and you will notice a difference. Do before and after photos to track your progress. This is my number one workout when it comes to glutes and legs. I still do it til this day. Thank you koboko fitness. Update1: week 1 was okay. I was sore but that faded away on day 4. I added a 10 pound dumbbell for my glute bridges. Update2: I am on week two and I’ve noticed a big difference on my legs and glutes. This week I am adding my bands with my 10 pound dumbbell. Wish me luck! Update:3 Week three is almost over and I just have to say I found my new glute and leg workout! My bum has definitely changed. Way more curvy and toned compared to when I first started this challenge. Stick with it ladies you will not regret it! I noticed you have your tiktok page up and I did not see this in any of the clips. I’d like to save it if possible. If not this is just fine.

Here are my results:) : I’ve been doing this 3 times a week a long with popsugar 10 min glute workout and some others exercises like one leg glute bridges, leg lifts, squat pulses and lunges. I have seen results within a month and people notice too😅 Hope it helped

Week 1: So I’m the type to workout for 3 days then give up but not this time,ima do this everyday and then tell y’all my results Day 1: I hope this works because I could actually feel the pain in my butt💀and usually with all the other butt workouts I only feel pain in my thighs,i hope this means something. Day 2: the second day is definitely harder Day 3: omg my butt is killing me😭! UPDATING EVERYDAY! DAY 1: didn’t burn as much as i think it should, but then again i didn’t do a few parts properly and took an extra break. still out of breath, though. gonna do this again later today but this time to the best of my ability:) DAY 1 PT. 2: burned a little more but still not as much as i thought it should! am probably going to be sore tomorrow. let’s see DAY 2: definitely feeling it in my knees and legs! i’m hoping this is normal? was a lil sore from yesterday

i've been doing this everyday for 6 days now, i feel great, but no visible results yet. i'll be updating here. i completed day 7 today. i completed day 8 today, i actually can see some visible results! my booty is a bit bigger and my tights are stronger. Hi everybody :) i completed more than a year doing this workout and it was really really hard to maintain my routine doing it every day at some points, but I gotta tell y'all, it's AWESOME. I would 100% recommend this if you want your body to look curvier. If you want an advice, don't stop doing it! It may be hard keeping it up as a routine, but do not let yourself loose your results! Hi! It's been almost 3 years! I no longer do this workout, I've started going to the gym since the beginning of the year and i gotta tell that if I didn't have done this workout for all of this time, my progress at the gym wouldn't be the same! I've gained so much resistance, mobility and results so fast! This workout helps you q lot, of course, nothing better than actually going to the gym but this is definitely going to help you more than you think!

Gym is just a location.. your gym can be at home, private clubhouse or a public gym. As long as you have the space and necessary tools and resources used to get to your goal anything can be considered a gym

Only thing about public gym is whether it's clean or if they wipe down the equipment after someone else's sweaty bacteria. That's all but if you trust your gym to be clean and not too crowded go for it

Like for update ✨ Day 1 - 6/9 - it was hard but I did it Day 2- check ✔️ Day 3- rest Day 4 - I know I should do it today but I didn’t Day 5 - yess✔️ I love this workout Day 6 - rest Day 7 - check ✔️ now I see big different from the day 1 , my butt looks way more good than the beginning. Day 8- rest Day 9 - it was hard again !! But I did it , I think my butt is growing Day 10- done ✅ it was much easier it’s very fun when she’s cheering you up . day 11- done ✔️ and today i add chloe ting abs workout which was very hard Day 12 - rest Day 13 - rest Day 14- rest Ty about remind me to update🥰

Day 1: Didn’t feel too bad. I think i was just getting used to activating and engaging my glutes Day 2: My legs were shakinggg. It burns! In a good way Day 3: Legs still shaking and feeling the burn, but I feel like my glutes are already stronger 😊 Day 4: Today was tough. I was a little sore from day 3, since I did other exercises as well, but still finished it and felt good after! Day 5: Rest Day! Day 6: a little sore still but kept pushing. The exercise video didn’t feel that long. I can already see results! Day 7: had to take another rest day because Mother Nature came to visit 🙂 Day 8: Back to the grind! Felt that burn and I actually missed feeling it! Planning to add a dumbbell next week 😌 Day 9: Doest feel that long, must mean it’s getting easier. But if you’re doing it right, you will feel it! 🔥 Day 10: I can see a difference! 🤩 Day 11: Rest Day Day 12: need to add some weights Day 13: added a 3 pound dumbbell Day 14: still did it with the dumbbell and really helped! Day 15: Rest Day!

Carly Jones my thighs aren’t bigger but they feel more toned (if that makes sense)... I’ve always heard/read that glute bridges are the best exercise to grow the booty and not the thighs! Hope that helps 😊

I’m going to try this every other day and update it just so I can be aware of my result❤️ I’ll also be drinking a teamiblend protein powder after every workout. It’s a very healthy plant based, dairy and soy free protein powder that tastes amazing if anyone is interested 💕 Started measurement = 35 inch Day 1- completed 🔥 Day 3 - done ✅ ofc no results yet but my butt is sore

@S a f f r o n I'm pretty sure you get more protein from like meat or chicken and beans and stuff and vegetables give you more vitamins and minerals. Even tho yes vegetables provide a small amount of protein, if people are looking to get a fair normal amount, they should stick to the usual protein

Ok so I have been doing this workout for one week already and let me just tell you I am so happy with they results. My butt definitely got plumper. There wasn't the biggest difference but I am going to do this all the time because it really does work. My parents started seeing a difference on day three.
