Hostile architecture in America is kind of disgusting and common. While they are there to help disability there’s some that are there to deter /make it harder for people with alternate modes of transportation. What really blows my bubbles are the ones where they have this sort of feature for the blind but the roads have zero lanes for bikes- and even if, often if you are in the bike lane on a skateboard or rollerskates or any other mode, cops will often enough start with you. So damned if you do damned if you don’t.

Lol the vocal chord bounce!! I love that I could immediately hear it in my head. I’ll have to make a part 2 and include this one. So good thank you! ☺️🤙🙏🎉

My favorite thing to do was to try and line up my wheels with the bumps, and I got pretty good at it, and wouldn't hit any of the bumps if I stayed straight enough.

I don’t skate but I do longboard, and for me these are fun little rumble strips :P
