Tbh i feel like everything here is new and i prefer to continue from where we left off in the main game as there are unfinished business. Esp, what do we do with melina and frenzy flame, but instead out of nowhere we now have to worry about some giant deathroot tree, which heretofore was not a threat, not against leyndell.

Oh, you 100% need to put it on youtube. I think that you should choose what's best for you. I wouldn't mind a VOD upload of 5 hours of gameplay minus the "waste time" in between you going to the loo or something like that. Now, if you want a more chill sesion without the chat to pay more atention to detail, i would suggest KZitem series for sure. Overall, i'm hype to see you playing for the first time "live", so yeah, can't wait.

Yes!!! I was hoping you’d have a reaction to this. Outside of FFVII, Elden Ring is now my second favorite game ever! Baldurs Gate 3 is a 2A! I found your channel through FF7R and cannot wait to watch your other videos. As a hyper-analytical person, your streams are some of the best I’ve seen. Elden Ring lore is so ridiculously deep, I’m looking forward to your commentary! All the best!

Let's keep in mind although the main base reuses a lot of minibosses or bosses, the number of different bosses and enemies is extremely high, higher than all previous From Software games, higher than almost any 3rd person RPG.

@WhimsyPsyche People always say dark souls 2 is the worst in the series but it's still a from soft game which makes it better than 85% to 90% of the rest of the games out there. It is a dark souls game after all

Lets not forget miquella has the double person thing as marika and radagon and his counter part is saint tryna and when messmer comes into scene he says “ Mother “ he could be meaning saint tryna.

He is probably third sibling left in Land of Shadows by Marika. Due to theory of butterflies as well (every sibling has one matching type of butterfly - sleep, rot and fire)

St Trina could be the Formless Mother...
@LtCdrXander
7 ай бұрын
Marika is Messmer's mother. Miyazaki confirmed it in one of a couple interviews he's been doing regarding the DLC. Messmer is a child of Marika, on equal footing with the other demigods. In fact, he sits in the same type of throne as is seen in Morgott's arena. Also, near the IMPALER'S Catacombs (Messmer is called the Impaler), a ghost NPC talks about an "unwanted child of Marika." This is likely referring to Messmer.

@@namazu1337I don't think this is the case. Saint Trina has a physical presence in the world, so not very formless. And lots of evidence points to Saint Trina being an alias of Miquella. People who gazed upon Saint Trina couldn't tell if they were a young girl or a boy, which is in line with Miquella's effeminate look. Also, the Trina's Lilies look exactly like Miquella's Lilies, just a different color. Finally, take the Bewitching Branches. They are stated as being a Miquellan incantation, and what do they do? Hypnotism. Miquella's magic targets the mind, and this is seen through the item description saying how Miquella could compel affection; basically he can get people to like him through charisma and mind control. The point here is that Saint Trina's magic is the same. It targets the victim's mind and puts them to sleep. Regarding the Formless Mother, she is an Outer God who is attracted to accursed blood, which is why she made communion with Mohg in the sewers under Leyndell. Miquella is obviously a Demigod, not an Outer God, and since Saint Trina is very clearly related to or IS Miquella, I don't think that Saint Trina is the Formless Mother.

@@LtCdrXanderMaybe a clue : Franz-Anton Mesmer was a German doctor (1734 - 1815) who developed the theory of "Animal Magnetism", a theory according to which living beings are linked and influence each other through fluid magnetic energy. The treatment consists, for the healer, of controlling his own "fluid" in order to modify that of his contemporaries. With time (and conflicts within the Parisian medical society), the practice which until then used "magnetized objects ", as a means of practicing therapy, will become a direct relationship between the caregiver and his patient. “Magnetism”, which would later become hypnosis, was born and with it, the beginnings of the concept of the unconscious. This technique was much criticized, because it suggested a phenomenon of mental control by the therapist over his patient.
