That is a form of softwashing. It's called X/M-Jetting. There is also foam jetting and downstreaming, which all are used with a pressure washer. Then there is super soft washing which is actually used with a 12 volt dedicated diaphragm pump. Normally a 5.5 to 7gpm. I personally like downstreaming the best because it has a little more pressure for rinsing. There are always going to be those pesky spots that need a little more pressure to get off that a 12 volt system with its 60 to 100 psi can't do. And I guess that was just a demonstration because there was no dwell time in between applying Chem and rinsing in this video.

How do you get your pressure washer to go up to a 2 story house I’m struggling I bought an extension wand but it’s a hassle to use and handle but I seen videos and y’all just pressure wash 2 stories homes with ease with just a regular wand

Late response, but Dad passed away in 2022 so I figured I'd respond. He sometimes used this bar of metal with a small hole drilled through it that he attached to the end and it would spray much further up for 2 and 3 story buildings. I unfortunately don't know what it was called. I think the xjet probably would handle 2 story just fine by itself though.

This guy isn't using super high pressure which is good and not for long (of course it is pretty clean) but why do you guys spray right into the ventilation window the eves and sofit vents - I'm not sure what you call it but a friend had hers done, the next day, the HVAC guy was in her attic, came down and said she had a lot of wet floor on the ends and he checked the insulation and flooring where the softts were (she has large holes under the plastic vented sofitts) and there was wet areas there too. The guy must have really sprayed into those areas to get it that wet. A friend check it out the next day and he said the same thing. They immediately put big fans up there to try and dry it out. One area ended up getting mold that she had to get insulation replaced and dry iced to remove the mold on wood. When she called to complain - the stupid kid (maybe 25) he said he thought it was just decoration and wasn't open all the way through. Maybe they build new houses like that but old houses - you are shooting water right into the attic. Also, I had a relative's brick done and they plasted the mortar out of the joints with super high pressure, I complained at the time but they said they always use 3500-4000 psi - well guys some brick manufacturers will void a warranty on brick (also muriatic acid) and on high pressure on vinyl. Mine specifically voids it so and heavy duty chemicals will void fading and dulling guarantees. The same goes for windows - most have seal ruined by high pressure washing. They are meant for rain coming down not straight at them at even 1000 psi. These folks need to go back to hoses and brushes, take their time instead of trying to doing so many jobs a day and ruining people's property. They aren't the ones who lives with the results. Either that, or we need to start suing them. 25-30 years ago houses were kept clean without all that pressure and chemical like high acid products that you have to add so much bleach to neutralize like the brown stuff. Folks it will clean the junk off in seconds but it also ruins the gloss on your siding, makes it rougher and more able to get dirty. When mine was last done, I could smell bleach inside and outside for days, Afterwards when it got moldy, I tried Wet and Forget - sprayed in on and then a couple of weeks I looked and all the stuff was gone including the thick fuzzy moss (not mold)on the north treed roof where we also sprayed. I swear by it now. Spray it on heavy, leave it (no rinse) and everytime it gets rained on, it reactivates and works for several years. Works great on driveway and sidewalks, brick, anything including awnings, cars, rvs, I never thought it would work. It isn't cheap but don't use a big box substitute - I tried and it barely worked. I went back to the original Wet and Forget. I think it originated in Australia but I can't remember. I order it because it's hard to find sometimes. www.wetandforget.com/product_wet_and_forget_outdoor.html

Yeah you sound like a salesman, just trying to make some commission... Ohh and by the way if you had a professional do your house it would have been done right, and the product you are trying to sell has bleach in it... You're a sound like a clown, you need to take your ass back to the circus👺😂
