Nuclear bread in a jar is not only interesting for preppers, but for everyone who wants to have bread in stock and values healthy eating. Healthy, nutritious and long lasting! For everyone who wants to bake their bread in advance, where the bread still tastes the same months later as it did on the first day. Canned cucumbers for bad times were yesterday, today bread is canned. So also a good guide for the so-called preppers. And if you don't cook it, the ingredients for this bread will definitely keep forever.
In my post are the ingredients for 2x 850 ml preserving jars, or 4x 400 ml jars.
Please make sure that the glasses run straight and do not get narrower at the edge. Otherwise the bread won't come out of the jar in one piece. If you don't want to bake it in advance, you can of course bake the bread in the oven.

FYI, if you want to eat the bread right away, you'd better bake it in a baking pan. Condensation forms in the glass and it takes a little while for it to penetrate the bread. If it is opened immediately after baking and is therefore still damp, simply let it air dry or bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
