INGREDIENTS for a baking dish 20 cm:
6 Eggs size M (separate the yolks from the whites)
1 Pinch of salt
8 g vanilla sugar
180 g of sugar
20 g corn starch
140 g of milk
90 g Vegetable oil (odorless)
180 g flour
40 g cocoa
10 g baking powder
bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350° F) top and bottom heat without convection for about 40-50 minutes.
