Paul you GOTTA make your own jello from 100% grass fed non gmo beef gelatin, raw honey & either fresh pressed organic juice if your choice or organic non gmo juice from sprouts is what I use! I swear it’s a superfood & basically natures multi vitamin. I started eating it daily now & it’s drastically impacted my energy levels!

You can make so many healthier versions of treats you already ate, like ice cream, no bake cheesecake, no bake crème brûlée, lemon squares (coconut flour or plantain flour for crust), bananas foster (virgin of course), banana pudding (without the biscuits), baked fruit with butter 🧈, custard, maple butter candy, honey butter candy, and ice cream (better than pie because you get more of the good stuff, not the dry crust), eggnog, no bake flan, custard, tembleque, gummies, fruit leather, pana cotta, parfait, fruit or honeycomb mousse, ice cream sandwiches (blend plantains, dates, and butter, shape into circles, and freeze for the cookies), kulfi, and jello

google: Only the female mosquitoes feed on blood. Male mosquitoes feed on plant nectar and juices. Some species only feed on the blood of amphibians (frogs). Mosquitoes have been observed feeding on other insects, even other mosquitoes.

It’s not really. He’s not wrong those foods are all good for you but they are not the only foods that are good for you. You can very easily have just a healthy diet and eat non of the foods he recommends

I live in the UK. I ''found'' Paul on the internet in late 2023. As of March 2024. I eat everything that he recommends. However, I also eat sourdough bread ,rice and potatoes and along with weight training , I am bigger, stronger and feel better than I have done in a long time !

Yes! I do take some vitamins but I had been eating less meat because I like beans. I also like meat, but at the time I really loved refried beans. 😜 My doctor told me to eat more meat because what I needed from the meat is best to get it from meat not a vitamin. My doctor is smart and i’m glad I always listen to him. Definitely feel better when I eat more meat.

My experience, i avoid eating meat because of its cancerous properties. Thus i eat chicken and tonnes of veg. The problem is, i can never be full. Always wanted to eat after that. Then change to meat because of this man. Dude, once a day only eating. Full till tomorrow.in a week, joint aches gone. Now im frying using beef fat. Nice.

Soaking in milk for a few hours takes some of the bad taste away and helps the texture after it cooks Don't eat raw liver cooking doesnt destroy any of the vitamins this guy is just on the Liver King hype train

Because it filters them out of the blood constantly and puts them in your feces to be removed completely, not filter. It also excretes everything the blood needs.

Not sure of the science behind this but anytime I have nausea eating just one or two small pieces of liver stops the nausea better than ginger even! The nausea is usually triggered from eating gluten -y foods like bread, and anything with table sugar. Liver seems always the best, quickest and most effective way to stop the yucked out feeling in its tracks.💙🎯💙

That's why many Japanese flash freeze the fish that they are going to eat for sushi to kill the parasites in it. Also the worst food to eat medium rare is ground meat because you are mixing the bacteria in its surface to the middle of the meat
