Ingredients:

110 grams of flour.
40 g sugar (6 full teaspoons).
A pinch of salt.
100 grams of butter.

1 egg yolk.

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
1 tablespoon of semolina.
100 g sour cream (or Greek yogurt).
Blend well with a blender.
Pour the curd onto the dough and spread evenly.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

3 egg whites.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
Beat well with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Put the beaten egg whites on the cottage cheese.
Spread evenly.
Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down well.
