In a large mixing bowl, add the following:
1 cup of purple cabbage
1 cup of white cabbage
2 large carrots, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
1 cup of mixed bell peppers
1 cup of celery, chopped
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup of green onions
1/2 cup of parsley
6 cloves of garlic, minced
5 green bird peppers, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of ajinomoto
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of Sasan
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
2 cups of flour.
Now, mix everything really well for about three minutes to combine the flavors."
"Once your vegetables are mixed, crack 3 eggs into the bowl and stir until everything is fully combined. This will be our stuffing mix
Now, let's prepare the shrimp. We have 2 pounds of cleaned shrimp here. Season them with:
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
Give them a good toss to coat the shrimp evenly
Now it’s time to stuff the shrimp. Take a spoonful of your vegetable mix and carefully stuff it on top of each shrimp. Make sure the mix is firmly packed on the shrimp
5: Frying the Shrimp shrimp frying in hot oil
2 cups of vegetable oil
"Heat up some oil in a pan and gently place the stuffed shrimp in to fry. Fry them for about six minutes until they’re golden
drain the shrimp on some paper towels to remove excess oil. And just like that, you’re ready to enjoy these delicious stuffed shrimp."
