You're the cutest, thank you! Fondant takes a little time to get used to. Once you get it to the right consistency, it's much easier to work with!

I thought about this randomly as you can prob tell since you aren't mentioning it in this video. I was thinking I wonder how much tylose powder karolyn goes thru since she makes so many cakes and always uses it. Then thought she prob has a mini store of it just like her wilton clear 😂😂😂

Same! I use the Mac cornice clear vanilla that I think she mentioned but I swear it’s not the same, my buttercream isn’t as rich in flavor.

A little more couldn't hurt! I feel for you guys in the South. We get heat / humidity in Philly for a few weeks in the Summer, but not nearly as long as you have to deal with it!
