I learned early how to use my negative energy (anger) into a positive force. I galvanized my goals and turned the angst into energy to work harder... it works.

For me that worked… for awhile. Anger invites resistance and forms roadblocks. The alternative is bring fourth love and watch the situation change.

Key question : why are you angered? What drives that? When I looked at my anger I found a petulant ego. When I looked at that, I found insecurity and fear. When I looked at that, I found past hurts unhealed. When I looked at that, I found a heart closed to love, imprisoned by protective walls. It all had to be dismantled.

@@deb.b.b absolutely true. I found the same. But it was a beginning. And it taught me a valuable lesson.

@@deb.b.b very well said. It started with childhood abuse for me. I led a very unhappy life for my first 33 years. I still struggle sometimes with self exceptance and self love. Which as we know is the first love hence all my faild relationships. For me it's been a life long journey to healing. Sometimes I think I'm there then I find I'm not done yet.

Everything that is a negative experience in my life I turn into a positive by saying the opposite, such as I don't have ------ I'm perfectly healthy etc and I believe it because I know that I am not a body! If we see ourselves as the being we really are then it's easier to deny anything that we don't want. Although I know that I am not fully awake yet I am still able to help myself to stop worrying by doing the above ❤❤❤

And I'd like to share my handle on Tiktok, not asking for followers, just sharing for others that will benefit from my creations. Much love family ❤️

Paying attention is good, giving one's attention freely to what is being shown around oneself, seems to work best for me.
