Lore/Story mode info for Versusia, for those who don’t know about her. Versusia is Rein (Gran/Djeeta’s mom, who’s a priestess and vessel of Bahumut/God) who sacrificed her sentience to fulfill Bahumut’s goal and let Sandalphon transfer from another timeline to protect her family from Lucilius. This Rein isn’t from the main GBF timeline (Rein is dyed in Bahumut’s colors, including her hair, and was summoned when she was younger.) She’s able to use the power of the Omnipotent like Gran/Djeeta did in Heart of the Sun to fight the real Phoenix (which is why their hair turned white-ish teal/blue in the SSBA), which Phoenix caused everything to happen in the events of GBF and killed/split True Bahumut into smaller Bahumuts and influenced Lucilius to escape his prison in GBF. Since Versusia can use the Omnipotent’s power, she’s potentially the strongest character in GBF, next to Gran/Djeeta with the same power (since they’re using True Bahumut’s power, True Bahumut and the real Phoenix are around the same level of power.) In Heart of the Sun, even Siete and the Eternals are below this level of power, so blue hair/the Boundary’s power is below this and AU Siete destroyed his universe with it.

Neat thing to notice is that her super looks just like the big Reginleiv that Gran and Djeeta use at the end of their supers

Not just the hair, look at the 1st super ( 1:08 ) and do not let you distracted by its 1st half: She chain it into the same thing as Gran's low health variant. Also her body is red while hair is blue, just like "the red dragon and girl in blue" we've been fed during the whole story when they reffer to Vyrn and Lyria. Literally looks like the concept of "the singularity" given form into a single entity, that's SO hype! (I'm still F2P, only knows Versus story so far, but will buy Rising to see what she's really about and how far off I was reading her visual design)

That specific shade of blue is a sign of a character being able to draw power from the same place granblue's original god came from. Beyond the split of the sky realm and the astral realm and from the Boundary of the world itself. Or something like that. There's a very specific list of characters that can access this power, which includes Gran/Djeeta and Seofon. The rest of the Eternals have also accessed it temporarily before with some assistance. Interestingly enough, Lyria's hair is always this color but has never been explicitly linked to it. Though there's also a step above even that blue that comes from directly channeling and using the power of the original god. Gran/Djeeta are the first ones to use it as of this year's anniversary event though with very specific assistance, and now Versusia is shown using it in her SSBA here. It's that hair color change into that pale shade of blue white. Given what Versusia actually is it makes logical sense for her to able to do this.

@@KasualZenkaiCharacters that can channel the energy from the Boundary (basically endless power from the multiverse) are shown with the blue hair transformation. This includes all Eternals and Gran/Djeeta.

@@cranesilentlyplays8084 doesn't the Boundary come from the Omnipotent?
