They very likely use that room for multiple purposes, hence the reason why they have the need for folding chairs in that area. I bet money that in other areas of the church they do have permanent seating, but I haven’t been there, so I couldn’t say for sure;) It looks as though the area doubles as a wedding/funeral venue, etc. or other special occasions where they would need a fair amount of space for people to mill around. I guarantee that’s why they don’t have permanent seating in that hall. Not a design flaw.

The NYC metro budget is approximately $15 billion per year, funded by tax payers. It is sufficient to send a spacecraft to the Moon every year. Why isn't it enough to rebuild all of NYC's metro stations? Why does only one station in New York City (WTC) appear to be modern secure and clean, while the others are stuck in 1990?

Not sure how to answer this, because I think you’re talking about two different transit systems. If you mean the WTC PATH station as ‘modern, secure and clean’ that’s different from the NYC subway. Subway stations are in some cases 118 years old. There’s only so much modernization to be done

It is the same church of the same parish, but not the same building. The initial building was something like a tavern or a bar, which was bought and converted to serve as a church by Greek migrants to USA, in the very early years of 1900's. Exactly under the south tower of WTC. After the tower collapsed it destroyed the small church also. The owners of the church had all legitimate rights to rebuild it, but as the plans for the reconstruction of the area were a little different, they compromised by taking a new spot 300 yards away and rebuild St. Nicolas from the beginning. What we see today is their effort in final shape. A collateral effort of private initiative and divine guidance. Another reason to thank Greeks for coming to USA. A Glowing Church.

Not to mention everything has been dialed up to 11 now with the revolution, from maiming, falsely imprisoning and even killing simple bystanders that happen to be near the protests (like one of my friends) to grooming and raping underage kids. My government has done it all, and you bet they're loud & proud about it, quoting everything from the "Holy Quran" and using Islam as their scapegoat for literallyany shit that they do :D It's just wonderful really, I could go on and on but I think you get the gist.

It’s kind of beautiful in an ironic way. The Bible mentions armor and protection often. Seeing it being fortified with the strongest materials or materials capable of withstanding a lot of damage is kind of interesting.
@NarasimhaDiyasena
Жыл бұрын
Depending on the context it’s either referring to the esoteric armoring of the mind or the exoteric armoring of the body. The ancient races of humans whom we descend from and know of as Gods in mythology (antiquated history) built using Geopolymer. An example of this are the Hindu temples throughout Asia which are older than the dates the British gave. The Hindu are an antediluvian civilization, meaning they existed before the deluge. The deluge detailed in Genesis is caused by the Taurid Stream Impacts that occurred in 3,150BCE , the biggest of which is known as the Henbury Crater in Australia. These impacts wiped out the last remanent of the Atlantean civilization presiding on Atala (Azores) and sunk Davarka (Bay of Khambhat) resulting in the Hindu going from an ascending civilization to a descending civilization. The Hindu under British rule was the absolute low they ever been in their 10,000 years of history in accordance to the Puranic Chronology, but they persisted and survived the British’s- much to the elites dismay.

Reminds me of the fortified round churches on the Baltic island Bornholm . Built centuries ago, each church is a wide stone tower covered in white chalk with a big round center room for holding mass, small windows out of reach of invading hordes of infidels . There's even narrow stairways inside the walls . The inside walls have ancient wall paintings from when the churches were built . Those old churches are considered national treasures but remain in regular use centuries later .
