Hello friends! Today I have prepared an incredibly sweet and beautiful recipe for Hungarian rolls that are 200 years old. The dough turned out like a cloud! Nobody knows this trick with milk. Try it every day, you only need a few ingredients. I am sure you will like it! Cook with joy and love!

Ingredients and recipe:
- All-purpose wheat flour 300 g
- Yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
1. Stir
- Warm milk 250 ml
- Egg yolk 2 pcs.
2. Mix with a whisk
3. Pour in milk with egg yolk
4. Mix well with a spatula
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
5. Stir
6. Add another 200-250 grams of flour
7. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
8. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
9. Do you knead the dough by hand or with a mixer?
10. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
11. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
12. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 55-60 minutes

15. Dough weight 836 g.
16. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
17. Let's prepare the filling
- Soft butter 100 g.
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
18. Beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes
- Cocoa 2 tbsp. with a slide
19. Beat with a mixer for another 2 minutes.
20. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35x45 cm).
21. Spread chocolate filling over the dough
22. Fold the dough, repeat after me
23. Baking dish 28 cm
24. Cut the dough into 4.5-5 cm thick pieces
25. Place each piece in a baking dish
26. Look how delicious and beautiful they are!
27. Cover with a towel and leave for 30-35 minutes

30. Pour milk over the buns
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
31. Lubricate with a brush
32. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30-33 minutes
