1 condensed milk (395g)
600g of cream (3 boxes)
300g cream cheese
500g of white chocolate
Put the condensed milk, 400g of cream in a pan.
Mix until homogenized.
Turn on the fire and mix in all corners and in the middle without stopping until you reach the stuffing point.
Turn off the heat and add the cream cheese.
Mix until homogenized.
Then add the rest of the cream milk and mix.
Transfer the filling to a platter or other bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Let cool until it reaches room temperature before using.
