THIS is the shocking moment a speeding car loses control on a residential street and ploughs into a house - before its occupants flee the scene.
The dramatic incident, captured on CCTV, shows the turbo-charged BMW 320 smashing into the front garden of the house in Bradford, West Yorks.
Three people emerge from the upturned wreckage of the £40,000 motor and allegedly flee the scene as stunned residents rush towards the mangled vehicle.
Eyewitnesses said it was a "miracle that no-one was killed" in the crash in Park Lane, Little Horton.
A resident said: "The car came out of nowhere - it was going at some speed and then spun out of control.
"Anyone on the pavement would have been taken out in an instant.
"We raced over to see if the people inside were okay but they clambered out and darted off in different directions.
"It's honestly a miracle that no-one was killed".
Police are investigating the crash, which happened shortly after 6.15pm on Monday.
The footage shows the BMW - which can reach speeds of up to 155mph - turning at an angle on to pavement as it travels fast on the 30mph road.
The front of car ploughs into a terraced house before flattening a fence and coming to a standstill on its side in a small front garden.
Officers from West Yorkshire police said it was trying to locate the occupants of the car who reportedly left the scene.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Police were called at 6.16pm yesterday evening to Park Lane to reports a vehicle had crashed into a house.
"It’s reported two occupants of the vehicle left the scene before police arrival.
"Enquiries are ongoing to locate them."
West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said: "At 6.22pm on Monday, May 20 we were called to an RTC (road traffic collision) on Park Lane, Little Horton, Bradford.
