The casting director did such a great job that if you look closely, Beth has a brown marking on her eye, next to her pupil. The actress that plays her in college has a similar marking on the same eye. I don’t know if it’s a contact lens or if it’s real but the attention to detail is amazing.

I’ve been seeing some people already wondering why Deja didn’t just name the kid Randall if she wanted to honor her dad. Honestly, anyone can name their kid after someone that they know or knew who is either still here or has passed on, and that’s amazing and great in its own right, but for her to have never even met William and still love Randall so much that she wants to name him after somebody that HE loved is just honor and unconditional love on a whole different level. With everything that William has been to the show, as well, and how much we as fans love and talk about him, that name was the best possible choice. And Randall finding out that he’s going to be a grandpa to a little boy just lit up my entire world 😂
