Ingredients (16cm H3cm)
✔ Tart
70g Butter
40g Sugar powder
1g Salt
130g Pastry flour
20g Almond powder
20g Egg yolk
✔ Cream cheese filling.
200g Creamcheese
45g Sugar
40g Sour cream
80g Heavy cream
20g Yogurt powder
If stored in the refrigerator for at least two hours, the cream will be much more stable and firm than the video. Don't cut it as soon as you make it like me. Make sure to refrigerate it before cutting it.❤
