Like I say, it seems almost metaphysical how some people are able to take these super ballsy moves and get away with it. Meanwhile for me on Freelancer, guards will go from friendly to 'hunted' in just a fraction of a second if I go into a trespass area. It's like my freelancer doesn't have accidental trespass forgiveness and they go straight to shooting. @GamingGOLD47
2 ай бұрын
The knockback effect you're seeing is due to the high-caliber weapon used in the game. In "Hitman," when a powerful gun like a .50 caliber pistol is fired, the game physics are designed to showcase the impact of such a powerful shot. This adds a dramatic effect, making the hit feel more impactful and visually impressive

0:24 how does it work here, exactly? Is it a bug?
@GamingGOLD47
2 ай бұрын
In Hitman 2, when you shoot a guard in the leg, it acts as a distraction rather than a lethal action. The guard will react to being shot by moving towards the source of the disturbance. This mechanic allows you to exploit the AI's behavior to create openings for infiltration or further actions. When you shoot the guard's leg, it triggers a distraction protocol where nearby NPCs will move to investigate the noise or the guard's situation, giving you a brief window to bypass security undetected.This is not a bug but rather a feature of the game's AI design to simulate realistic guard reactions and provide players with creative tactical options. However, it's important to note that while the guard is investigating, they are still alert, and any further suspicious actions could trigger an alarm.

Is there a regular non 50cal unsilenced pistol that isn’t found on guards (that looks like the ICA pistols
@GamingGOLD47
2 ай бұрын
Yes, you can find regular non-50cal unsilenced pistols that look similar to ICA pistols in Hitman 3. The ICA19, commonly known as the Blackballer, is a default weapon that is versatile and widely regarded in the game. For unsilenced options, the DAK DTI and HWK21 Covert are good choices. However, finding a non-50cal unsilenced version similar to the ICA pistols without using guards' guns is challenging as most high-damage pistols come with silencers.

The ICA19 F/A (unsilenced) is indeed available in Hitman 3. It is a versatile weapon that is well-regarded for its functionality. The ICA19 series includes multiple variants, including the standard ICA19 and the Silverballer, which share similar characteristics. If you are looking for an unsilenced version, the ICA19 F/A can be a good choice due to its automatic firing capability, which makes it distinct from other pistols in the game

Agent 47's appearance in "Hitman" is a deliberate part of his character design. His bald head and black suit with a briefcase are iconic, meant to create a memorable and recognizable character. Within the game world, these features are often downplayed or overlooked by NPCs to focus on gameplay mechanics, allowing players to blend in or use disguises more effectively without being constantly detected.Would you like to know more about Agent 47's design choices or game mechanics in "Hitman"?
