Had an accidental Lucid dream a few weeks ago. I had just gotten out of work where I took off my belt. I then heard my roommate baby starting crying. I was worried. I then realized that they were at the hospital. For their 2nd kid. I said wait this is a dream, they're still at the hospital. I was instantly teloprted too my bed. Where I did the close nose method of an reality check. Once I confirm that it was a dream. A zombie woman burst right threw the front door and entered my room. I did not have a lot of dream control. As my dream arms felt like they were in sleep paralysis. So I was only able too push her off me before I woke back up.

I have the same first lucid dream! Being about your age, I had lots of nightmares with one monstre called Volume. In one dream I realised I was dreaming and killed this creature with a special tool. Since then I have been doing some sort of reality checks. I just tried to fly. If I could then it was a dream I enjoy your channel!!

@@GizEdwards thanks, It happened by accident, or maybe because I keep a night journal at the end of my days and a dream journal at the beginning of my mornings, and have just been building up awarness over time and it just happened randomly one night without me wanting to lucid dream, it began as a nightmare with me trying to put on my shoes and failing a lot of times and running out of the building at night, then I had the sudden the sudden need to do a random reality check and finding out I had 6 7 fingers, then for the first time in a long time I realised i was dreaming, started to fly around at night, tried talking to a stranger passing by whilst maintaining my flight... and suddenly I woke up.

All of the techniques and both methods are taught towards the end of the year. However, a lot of the content that is coming out during the course in the coming months will supplement that content. I really want to nail the foundations in these videos. Then get onto the good stuff.

I have a question when it comes to lucid dreaming. So, I've only ever accidentally lucid dreamed, but every time I have, I've noticed that there isnt much detail in the dream visually. It's like I need glasses or I'm looking through fog. Is this normal, or is something else going on?

Question : can we set a subconscious alarm so others Don't wake up ?
@GizEdwards
3 жыл бұрын
Perhaps not a subconscious alarm. However, you can have a good morning and evening routine that will allow you to wake up naturally without an alarm clock. I have an alarm that sounds at 8:30. However, I tend to wake up naturally at 8:15 each morning. So... yeah.

Not sure if this is the same but I’ve had sleep paralysis episodes a ton of times and it always happens when I’m falling asleep and I got to the point where a realize it’s happening and could make myself do things. Like the dream in sleep paralysis would always start off in my bed and I could get up but I could only walk around my house and do things and not leave my house. And also I could only walk like I was on the moon where I would jump up and slowly slipstream down and that’s the only way I could walk. But I could go around my house and interact with family members or do anything I wanted in my house
@Lilcuh2011

I do the same thing. Sleep paralysis was getting very annoying and getting scarier the more it happened. Then I started learning about lucid dreaming and learned that I can control what I think. Now when I have it I can see my room in a panoramic view and can make my friends be there by my side to talk to me while I try to move my fingers

I'm kinda disappointed with the video series so far because I was expecting it to be like the "step by step guide to lucid dreaming" type deal.. But I see it's more of a comprehensive lucid dreaming topic type series, so I'll have to readjust my expectations lol

I have a huge list of content that explains each concept of lucid dreaming. Not a step by step as such. But small bite size information. Did I say something in a video to give you the wrong impression of the series?
@User24x

@@GizEdwards I guess I kinda inferred the series to be a short one (hence thinking it'd be a step by step type). The out of context statements from the first video like "One last video series on lucid dreaming." & "Came up with a playlist to teach people lucid dreaming." Then I saw 5 videos in the playlist & thought that'd be it for the short series lol; I didn't connect "Lucid dreaming videos will continue until next year" to the series being that long, my mistake RIP. But I look forward to there being more than just 5 videos lol

When I talk about my first lucid dream sometimes I like to say my first intentional lucid dream, since my first lucid dream was technically accidental. My first intentional dream was pretty chaotic, but I actually did try and deviate from where I thought the dream plot was going, I jumped out of a sky scraper from the top floor and landed safely, then this lady started chasing me saying she was my mother (she wasn’t) and she called forth airplanes and tanks and military troops, and quickly it all became too much and I woke up. My actual first lucid dream was a lot more tame. It was a Monday morning in February, school was cancelled (forgot why), but in the dream I was at school. My teacher called on me for something, and suddenly I realized “wait, school was cancelled this morning, I have to be dreaming!” I didn’t do a reality check since this was before I began practicing to have lucid dreams, though I had heard of lucid dreaming. A couple months prior to this dream I had watched a couple of Tipharot’s videos, so I think that primed my mind for it and made it a possibility for me to get lucid.
