The irony is completely lost on farmers who are worried about wild animals "encroaching on _their_ land" even though the animals *_lived there first_* and the farmers had _zero problem_ destroying the homes/available food that the animals needed for survival‼️ 🤔

This video makes me nostalgic for the good old days, when intelligent people saw value in EVERY part of the animal carcass. Be it freshly killed for food, euthanized for various humane reasons or stumbling across a half-rotten corpse in a far off field, there's always a possibility to save something of the animal's body. As demonstrated after timestamp 17:05, the animal's hide can be made into leathers; bones and horns into decorative pieces or tool handles; cartilage into gelatin; fats into various cosmetics etc. There is no reason why a sick herd of cows cannot be treated the same way, provided that proper sanitation measures are taken. During the mad cow epidemics of the 80s and mid-90s, farmers made literal walls of putrifying bovine bodies, whose liquifying flesh seeped into the ground and stench filled the air. Millions of bovine wasted away due to a virus, and none of their parts were used, and so scavengers (like crows, coyotes, raccoons etc) congregated and raided the mounds of cadavers. Not even the skins of these animals were saved for leather goods, let alone any other parts. Farmers went begging for help and subsidies after losing everything, while perfectly viable raw goods rotted in mass walls along roadways. For leather to be made from skins, it needs to soak in an alkaline solution like ammonia-rich urine to dissolve the fats, then pulled taut and the fat scraped from the skins. Then they're soaked in feces of predators (like dog droppings, aka "pure") to denature the proteins and chemically alter the rot-prone skin into durable leather, then boiled and hung to dry. All of these processes, especially combined, would have killed the mad cow virus. Bones need to be dry-heat treated or boiled in bleach before being worked, and are often steeped in hot water to soften the bones to be bent or carved more easily. Both treatments would have killed the virus! What's left is the flesh and organs! Although not fit for consumption, could have been blast heated in a furnace or crematorium, or boiled in vats and made into pet food. The economical costs would have therefore been far less impactful, other industries could have benefited from a rapid influx in low-cost materials (where those savings COULD have gone towards sanitation and safety measures), and rotting animal flesh wouldn't have lined the sides of country roads where it negatively affected the ground and air quality. But none of that happened due to greed, and the same issue is apparent in this video. Instead of redistributing and selling the bones and by-products to other industries, they preferred to dump mounds of sick animals, flesh and bone illegally, all to prevent someone else from making money from THEIR waste. People suck sometimes. Maybe this rant could be a video, btw?

Because they attract other snake eating snakes ? Like the King's ( cobra, brown, etc) also they can bite 30 mins after decapitation ? Even with a shovel, the head can fly and bite you. So not save to "destroy". Also : WHY ? If possible stand still as possible and let it pass. 99% of snakes will not chase you. Even if it looks like it because you are in their path of escape. AND : Not all rattlesnakes rattle, especially when still cold and scared or already disturbed aka "hot".
