Apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil on the scalp before shampoo helps to remove build up. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Yes this stuff happened 2 me 2 when I went natural. Over the years I've gone back to sulfate shampoos. I don't cowash. My scalp absolutely CANNOT handle buildup. I use salicylic acid. Good idea to apply your chemical exfoliant the day b4! I may do that! I also use sulfur and tea tree oil on my scalp. Got rid of my issues!

Hello, Height has nothing to do with circulation. I’m 5 ft tall and I have to do certain things for circulation such as workout, inversion method and types of food.

the crown of my head is frequently sore, some days its not and some days it is even when I leave my hair alone for long periods of time. i never have any redness though or extra hairfall, but im confused on whats causing this.

Hi Dwight. I’ve had this same thing happen to me and I used emu oil on that spot and wash my hair with African black soap shampoo @melaninhaircare brand to be exact. My scalp has definitely healed from it..
