Hey I've been seeing every video of yours. I'm a 19 yrs. I won't have any calisthenics bar. So I just started my workout since 2 yrs ago. At first I brought 10kgs adjustable dumbell but we knw that adjustable dumbell wont come handy for long periods. I started bodyweight workouts and pretty good as I'm now advanced level. I'm sticiking to PPL bodyweight. But for shoulder , back , biceps there are very few bodyweight workouts. Especially I dnk for shoulder medial head. Pls can you make a video on workouts which targets each body part via bodyweight without bars, ropes. Just on floor

Anthony what kind of athletic shoes do you find suitable and comfortable for your calisthenics and sprint training? Keep up with the good work. Love your mindset and your purpose

Hi Tasos, I like open toebox and zero-drop shoes. My latest favorite being Altra's Torin model
