A pie with meat that we love to make and my family really likes it. Traditional burek, the best recipe.
WE WILL NEED:
1 kg of flour
600 g of minced meat
1 onion
oil
butter
AND OF THE INGREDIENTS WE USE:
✅ Knead the dough with 1 kg of flour and add 2 spoons of salt and 4 spoons of oil. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the dough
✅ Leave it for 10 minutes at room temperature, and during that time we will make a fire
✅ Since our pan is quite large, we will need 4 noodles, so we form and develop them. We will oil the noodles and let them rest for 15 minutes
✅ During this time, we will fry 1 onion and combine it with 600 g of minced meat. Add some pepper and salt and hot water. Mix everything and combine well
✅ Spread the noodle across the table and cut it in half, fill it with meat and roll it up. We repeat the process until we fill the pan.
✅ We will oil the pie and it is ready for baking. We will bake it under the oven for about 20 minutes
✅ When the pie is baked, cover it with a little bag of water and return it back for just a few more minutes so that it is nicely browned
✅ During this time, we will melt some butter and since the pie is baked, we will coat the pie with butter and let it rest for 2 minutes.
