Wow, I never knew about mid-term rentals before watching this video! The idea of having a temporary home for business, training, or emergency situations is definitely appealing. It's interesting to see how luxury mid-term rentals offer more than just a place to stay and cater to various individuals. The amenities mentioned, such as king-sized beds and keyless entry, make these rentals seem like a home away from home. I appreciate the focus on providing all-encompassing experiences for travelers, not just the destination. This is definitely something I'll consider for future travels. Thanks for sharing this informative video

This is an excellent way to rent a vacant home. I rented a duplex that I had just bought last April and the tenant had a catastrophic home loss they have been there just over a year as their home is being rebuilt. They rented both units. I get a check like clockwork from ALE Solutions every month. Great opportunity that I fell into. I have 4 more homes that I am going to get a hold of companies that need housing for their clients.

This was good. My biggest question is how do you price a mid-term rental?

I can see Why Hawaii would have a lot of 3 to 10 day stays and short term rentals because it is considered a vacation state and yeah trying to manage a lot of properties can be or get exhausting

Does it sound stable source of revenue? How many suffer from house fire per month? Travel nurse is good though. You have to provide furnitures and remove them again when back to long term

generally if you furnish, you want to commit to renting it furnished.

You can ask your local State Farm insurance agent, you would be sadly surprised how common house fires that completely destroy the property are, anywhere in the country🤕

@@mrvanhorn07 Yes I have a 2/1 in St Louis bringing in $1800 and a 2/1 in Denver making $3100. It really depends on where you are located. Demand is high in both areas, but Denver has more supply.
