I was noticing male pattern baldness during menopause started bhrt and tocotrienol 300 mg daily and my hairdresser yesterday told me whatever your doing keep doing it because your doing some right you have 2/3 new hair growth all over your head. Only other thing I did different was go keto carnivore eat mostly meat eggs butter and small amount of above ground veggies and cut out all sugar and seed oils. I’ve lost over 40 pounds and believe I may of had NAFLD I bet it’s helped that too. My husband was on E Annato as well and went off for a week inflam set in again he took the annato and guess what. No more inflammation in 24 hours we are believers in the stuff. Very amazing oh and our skin also improved I don’t have cracked heals anymore smooth as baby bottom

Every morning, since 6 months ago, I take 1/2 multivitamin, 1 pill of high potency fish oil, 10g butter, 1 slice of cheese, 1 table spoon red palm oil, 500mg vitamin C and 2500 IU vitamin D3 with 90mcg Vitamin K2 with a glass of warm water. Then go for a morning walk and a bit of stretching using small weights. After breakfast I will have a glass warm water mixed in with 1g magnesium glycinate with 2g of blended sodium & potassium chloride salt of 50:50 ratio. But I drink this glass in sips over a 2 hour window. This month, for the first time ever, for annual testing of blood work, I added testing for Vitamin D, Magnesium & vitamin B12 testing. All values are in the middle of its respective optimum range. 😁👏👏.

There is a Vitamin E supplement known as 'Unique E' which has been around for many years. It uses only the natural form of Vitamin E High Gamma mixed Tocopherols. Is this an inferior for of Vitamin E? Does it have any useful benefits? And would recommend that we not use it, and instead stick only with Tocotrienol Vitamin E?? The current 'Unique E' is use has 400iu of d-alpha Tocopherol. It also has 432mg of d-gamma, de-delta, and d-beta Tocopherols. Is this too much?? I would very much look forward to your opinion. Thanks.

I'm getting fed up with the long-winded lectures about Vitamin E with Tocotrienol. These doctors always seem to need help getting to their point. What has the stroke patient had to do to have a significant stroke. Why can't these experts reach the end instead of a prospect waiting for their future stroke? TELL US WHERE TO GET THE RELIEF AND WHERE TO GET IT, just in case! Or are these lectures only to make money for those who have long-winded KZitem videos. John Eric Hoare.

Friend, Thanks for the interview - but do you consider your viewers as being brain dead?.. .mere adolescents? . . .In need of mindlessly distracting stimulation? No? Then why the compulsive use of cheap, mock-heroic, background ;music' (noise, actuallly). . . This is an unfortlunate reflection upon your own jaded, formulaic mindset, which is now in the pitiable condition of thinking of such unnatural and stress-making environments as 'normal' ....but normal does not mean 'natural', but rather only what the 'norm' is - however distorted. Thanks, but I'll pass - no subscription and will see Dr. Tan on far saner sites.
