I walk twice a day. One after my snack time and once at night after dinner after my weight training. Been doing it for months and it helps me with everything you mentioned. Added a weighted vest to the walks around Christmas time and I’ve been loving it

I did my walk BEFORE I ate a pretty high carb lunch and caught myself falling asleep at my desk! Thanks for all the motivation and inspiration as always!

A fellow kitchenwalker. My mornings start walking around my kitchen whilst doing my daily anki flashcards, stopping for a sip of tea every few minutes. Can't beat it!

Take a late afternoon walk daily 2 to 4 miles as a way to end the work day and clear my mind. Have even added a weighted vest to spice it up some. Great content!

It's weird because walking almost seems like a waste to anyone who seriously works out. You think "It's just walking, how much can it do?" But you're right, I always feel more energetic and my mood stabilizes. I did not know about the blood sugar benefit. Thanks!
