For those wondering the nut is : Walnut Walnuts are very nutritious and can help ones with imbalanced hormones, pcos, improving blood circulation which leads to healhy glowing skin (they contain vitamin E) It is advised to eat 3-4 walnuts per day because they are high in fiber and if you eat more you can gain weight or get diahrrea She is also sharing a walnut soup recipe.

Actually pressure cooking is bad as per Ayurveda. May b she/Maa Hansa ji said this as per present people's busy & lazy life style. If she says to do open cooking in a pan for -30min, soak for 5-6hrs etc then most people won't even feel interested to follow such healthy rules🙏🏻

@@KensicomusicExcellent comment, hormonal disruption could occur when using plastic in the kitchen, then the execive amount of hormones on farmed animals, which some will get from meat, eggs, milk and butter. To regulate hormones check out some vegetables like broccoli.

@@rogerinkeywest absolutely, yes. Plastic ( BPA ) and hormones in meat, dairies ( especially cow milk ) are very problematic. It’s important to first detox the liver ( artichoke tea 3 times a day for a week is a really good option ) and then, indeed, incorporate crucifers vegetables into the diet ( brocolis, cauliflowers, Brussels sprouts, kale etc… ), eat as much organic as possible is also very important. Limit intake of alcohol, especially beer. But before doing all that, it is wise to first see a doctor and make sure that there is no hormonal imbalance that would explain for sure why this is happening.

Namaste, During pregnancy consume well balanced meals at regular intervals. Include variety of foods like: millets (ragi, jowar, bajra, rajgeera), all dals and pulses that are cooked well, have 2 colourful fruits per day and 4 servings of vegetables including plenty of green leafy vegetables, curds / buttermilk, milk, paneer, nuts and oilseeds including garden cress seeds.
