Shoot as much film as you can afford! in 20-30-40 years, y ou'll be glad you did. You will be creating lasting memories which will be saved on film, no on a bunch of 1's and 0's!

Thats actually so cool that it accidentally turned into a double exposure. The black and white makes it feel warming for some reason and in a good way. Great work and greatv photos as always bro!

Stumbled onto this video by chance and I want to commend you on your enthusiasm for shooting film! It's getting expensive these days to do film but the tactile feeling of loading, winding, and developing cannot be beat. By the way the double exposures are probably a result of your camera's winder. You should get it checked out if you haven't already. Cheers and subscribed!

I hear this comment a lot: forces you to slow down. Not sure I truly agree. Outside of the momentary light reading, a flick of the dials, a twist of focus, thats the essence of it. In retrospect my instant snaps, my no-hesitation shoot-and-keep-moving for some reason seems to make my best shots. Sometimes when I slow down, the moment passes, or I overthink it. I think that once you get to a point of familiarity with your gear, and you're not fiddling with it, I find speed is sometimes key. There can be a deliberation in some photos, definitely, but I think in my Film-fu I'm striving for the flawless execution combined with instinct. Overfocus on execution and lose instinct. Overrely on instinct and blow the execution. Just my random 2 cents.

I totally agree! But I think what most people mean when they say “it forces you to slow down” is that it’s a new thing to learn that you don’t have that built up muscle memory for. So you are forced to slow down and enjoy the process of learning/practicing photography again! The goal will always be proficiency (for me anyways)
