The plumbing in that Valor deserves more attention. Alliance says they are all home runs, so no hard to find plumbing connection that could leak. I don't like the legless dinettes though. This is a great rig...too big for me, but I love the sectional sofa (not so much having to move two sections to close the slide). I would get rid of the dining table and replace it with a Laguna table so that I could switch between table and desk mode or remove entirely. I really like the wee spot between the table and entertainment centre...perfect place for a coffee maker. I also like the loft opening to the garage rather than the living room, it just gives that much more privacy.

This is very similar to my 2022 43v13 , I prefer my kitchen setup and I wouldn't mind having the loft in the garage over living space. I'm ok with the small 3 seater couch we have, less people to want to sit down on the couch. I see they added the second set of legs to the happijack seats like I did to mine for extra support. Washer in the garage is Unvented , washer in the bedroom has the possibility of Vented. We put a mini fridge in the back where the rear washer prep is and vented the washer in the front.

My vote would be to take 6' out of the garage space (lose the loft and area underneath and maybe the 2nd door back there), and that area would be a great flex space for an office/guest room or for smaller 'toys', more of a crossover instead of true toy hauler. Move the TV down so it can be enjoyed from the patio. Then you're back under the 40' mark and much more manageable. I just want better office space...Also, it would be really great to see manufacturers embrace solar more. Call it an off-grid package. 2500 watts minimum, way more batteries and you can start doing away with the generators all together. So much going on on the roofs but I know folks are getting more than that on say a Brinkley z3100. Think it's avoided due to the complexity of something like say, a Victron setup? The average consumer could probably deal with an all-in-one system that would be simpler but less efficient. If Alliance or Brinkley sat down with Will Prowse, it might open their eyes a little and get them thinking. I agree with you, a convertible space in the dining nook there would be nice, I'd love a breakfast bar type thing there, 4 at that table would be ridiculous anyway. I also agree with other commenters, that bathroom door situation is pretty awful. I'm blind as a bat at night with no contacts in, I'd probably break my face on that post right in the middle between the doors. Sure seems like a waste of bathroom space. This RV has got an additional half bath, just remove the hallway door imo. Thanks for your videos, learning a lot!

You can buy an aftermarket lagun style table base for about $100-$150 that will mount against that wall and achieve the dining/desk options you were talking about. You could just mount the table top that comes with the rv onto the base. Piece of cake. I honestly think that if a person is overly concerned with "road mode" on a towable, they should really consider a motorized coach. That type of enormous towable rig seems like it would be good for people who are into motorsports and either take it to a track parking lot or out to the sand dunes or something like that. Traditional campgrounds wouldn't seem like a good fit for that monster.

Not a bad floorplan at all. If they made it without the garage, like if the living room ended in a three-season door that led to a deck/ramp it would be practically perfect! However, in its current setup, I would turn the garage into an office and remove the dining table in favor of a chest freezer in that space next to the "reefer".

Personally I’ve just never liked the angled entertainment center that most toy haulers have. But at least with this one they don’t have that long couch where 75% of it has no view of the tv. Moving the loft to the garage side was almost a no brainer. In my opinion, half baths are for #1 only. There’s no need for Matt’s prime pooping position. The half bath is for when your wife is hogging the main bath and you don’t want to walk to the bathhouse at the RV park just to go pee.😁

that little so called waste basket spot... ... for those who have those rare cats that wont roam far and always come back rather soon after an hour or 2 when do go out... ( does happen, have had that kind) would make a great cat door during the day... come in from outside, pop out on kitchen counter right next to the salmon you cooking, grab it, right back outside again for another hour. ... am animal lover myself, have had many dogs and cats both orver the years.... a couple of them would indeed be good for traveling and letting roam free at every spot. most NO... as expected out of cats, but a couple i had, yep, would be fine. ... would make a great cat door for such a cat if you want food stolen, dogs, probably not so much, ..... seriously though, is a great trash solution. wish my house had that... take trash out from outside to begin with, no need to drip wet bags through the house. ... excellent control panel.... i actually like them kinda exposed actually, not saying they should do that, but as a more techy type dude, i would like the control panel in the same spot i would set up my computer and 2nd monitor, radios, or what not... have EVERY control at one console heheh, no dont do that, just saying being surrounded by screens and switches.. more the marrier. is kinda childish. but oh well. but hell if i had my way i would be able to dump the tankds from the computer desk if need be..... star trek crap.... control anything from anywhere lol.... dump tanks hook up truck and drive off without even needing to go outside for any of it lol. drive from inside the trailer computer desk..... i do like independent switches, rather than screens to control things in reallity, but do like to have every single function at the same control panel regardless..... just seems to look cool.... does not mean can not have other area switches for same things, level rv from inside panel OR at each corner individually both. very nice unit...... not saying anything needs changed.... just a bit of humor, and mention how rv in general have contoles spread everywhere when you most likely need to use them all together...... like charge controller in a bedroom while slide control in living room, water heater in bathroom, water pump in kitchen or god knows what. ... put all in one spot, see power controller see results when turn on water heater, ac, etc. notice instantly, eww, ac taking to much power, leave off now, rather than having to go down the the front storage bay to check or some crap.... is a bit more complicated wiring yes.... but, mainly just extentions and paths and 2 way switches, migh want to turn on water heater and pump both while taking a dump.... should not have to go back to main panel before get in shower, but at same time,, if out in living area near main control panel just turn off from there, same as the best smart phone and screen systems, but NOT computer based entirely is the point.... stuff that can still work like your hall light with a switch at both ends if rv computer crashes... is ok if computer can control too with phones etc.... but, the manual switches must always override said system, not be locked out due to system errors faults or proper programmed measures even...... you might HAVE to squeeze out that last bit of whatever the system says no too, that you can do in manual systems.... great example of system i HATE on my car..... it is impossible to engage the emergency/parking break while moving... must stop first....... well that means you are F*CKED if breaks fail..... with handle brake or even pedal version if skilled enough on older cars, will allow you to either stop without main breakes, or pull various maneuvers..... parking break my car has wont do jack shit even if 5 mph.. no sliding around corners, or "emergency" maneuvers in this car.
