This salad was just what we needed! Super delish and healthy!
I did not have chicken breasts, so I boiled chicken thighs with cumin, thyme, oregano, ground black pepper, 1 chicken bouilon ( optional) ginger, onion, garlic, soysauce. Cut into pieces and added to the lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
Add olive oil, and balsamic vinegar and mix well. Enjoy.
