I just wanted to say thanks for all the helpful things. I’m technically a sophomore in highschool since school ended and my graphemes season was not as good as I would have liked. I just started practicing again and I’ve been watching your videos and looking at the things you do and I’ve improved already. Thanks dude

The front of the ring is simply a recreation of wind in the back. The back of the ring is the same balanced power position that you throw from in the front. Finally the surface of the ring is your friend, you can't generate force by being in the air. I've been saying things for 20 years. You will PR in weeks, and all from a two minute conversation with Ryan. Excellent work.

I’ve hit a point in my throwing that my spin for shot and disc is falling a part and doesn’t feel natural anymore. Any way to get back into the groove? Thanks

I try to go back and remember what cues i was working on when things were feeling good. sometimes it just takes slowing things down and feeling a good tempo with old cues that worked. throwing kind of goes in waves just need to push through it and it always comes back.

Throwing shotput a lot is one good way to improve power, also lifting weights like incline bench press

Great stuff, just make sure you don’t get into a habit of over rotating that right knee in the back
