Unfiltered... thank you for bringing to my attention to Jonathan Davis solo. I can honestly say that this song has surpassed everything Korn has ever done for my ears. Lyrically, musically, emotionally, and empathetically. Holy shit wow! 🔥 🤜🤘🤛

Don’t apologize for getting personal, I watch your reactions all the time, I enjoy the ones mostly about music but I also enjoyed getting to hear about you, even though you’re a tough dude, know that you’ve got a support system in everyone who watches your reactions. I hope things get less painful for you bro, your reactions have helped me with my clinical depression a lot. I chuckle watching your reactions and enjoy your opinions.

Now that you're on the Black Labyrinth kick, this opens up a bit of a JD rabbit hole for you to look into. Allow me to cut out some research for you. This project basically starts in 2002. Jonathan was hired to do the soundtrack for Queen of the Damned (2002) where he worked with composer Richard Gibbs. In the movie, Jonathan Davis can be heard doing the vocals. On the published album, due to some goofy law stuff, JD's singing was replaced by a few artists: Chester Bennington (Linkin Park), Marilyn Manson, David Draiman (Disturbed), Jay Gordon (Orgy), and Wayne Static (Static-X). JD became friends with Gibbs and invited him to work on Korn Unplugged (2007). The arrangements for this project are pretty wild, I highly recommend you listen to it. Gibbs introduced JD to a lot of musicians and became a big inspiration to him. Unplugged inspired JD to do a solo project: Jonathan Davis and the Simply Fucking Amazings. With this band, he made Alone I Play (2008). AIP is a few Korn songs with new arrangements (this is where you can hear the genesis sound of Black Labyrinth), and the song he made for Queen of the Damned. I went to one of these shows and it was amazing. After that, he wrote more music with most of the SFA band. It took about 10 years for it to come out as Black Labyrinth. During the time of writing Black Labyrinth, JD got back into EDM, which led to The Path of Totality album. He spun as JDevil for a little while and made Killbot (2012) with I think Sluggo and Tyler Blue.

Man, some people thinks reaction videos are foolish. But you watch this guy and all makes sense, it brings connection thru music, how reflects in a lot of people, and find the true reason of any kind of art. I love this, and made a road to my mind and heart ! After watch a lot of his videos I really feel to know at least a part of him. Thank You !
